Our inventory is vast and it is rare that we are out of something. Custom made tracks take time to process and assemble and make, about 2 to 3 business days. Custom made shower curtains about 2 to 3 weeks and draperies 3 to 4 weeks to from ordered. In stock shower curtain and track parts take about 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Business days are (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). After you place your order, you will receive a postage letter of our invoice. E-mail of fax will be sent if requested. |

"What are your shipping charges? How much do you charge for shipping?" |

Curtain Fair shipping charges are easiest to understand and calculate. Shipping charges are included in the price and a small handling and processing fee is added of $20.00* to each order when shipping in the continental United States if by ground UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or DHL. UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or DHL shipping has a size limit of Eight feet. We will cut and splice tracks to meet this limit. Heavier or extra long shipments will be sent by truck. Curtain Fair will contact you as to trucking cost. If shipping by ground UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or DHL you will know immediately what your shipping charges will be. We have more shipping information on our shipping page. If Express shipping or other requirements are needed we will weigh and charge shipping after packing. *Shipping charges may be adjusted for certain circumstances. |

As you can tell, our prices are low. Simply we cannot give lower prices. We base our prices on the product and our cost (not what trade our customer is in), and everyone pays the same amount. Curtain Fair sometimes offer wholesales prices for truly wholesales orders or discount for volume orders. |

Yes, you are looking at it. Our catalog is current. We do not offer or send printed catalogs. We update our website on a regular basis. This gives you saving of the cost for printing and sending the catalog to you. This savings is passed on to you. |

We ship anywhere where customs is not an issue. That means we will ship to anywhere in the United States and its territories and all U.S. military APO's. |

We normally ship by East of the Mississippi generally takes 1-4 working days and West of the Mississippi, 4-8 working days. If you need to get it faster, we can ship 2nd or 3rd day UPS. You will be charged an additional rush shipping cost that will be determined after it is shipped based on the cost to us. Depending on the item ordered we make every effort to ship you as quickly as possible. After credit approval, Drapery tracks, stock shower curtains and other stock items within three business days. Custom shower curtains about three weeks and other products depend on their nature. |

Our return policy is spelled out very clearly on our return policy page. Just click here and it will take you to that page. Basically (to make it short) we wish to offer the lowest prices. We also wish to stay in business. Returns cost us time and money and in some situations we have seen customers order over and over and continually returning products. Ultimately that would cause a company to go broke and so we have a return policy that we see as a "happy medium" and fair to both our customers and us.
